The Concept is to drive Digitization is for End-to-End life Cycle of the Infrastructure project. The concept will be primarily driven by BIM (Building Information Modelling) developing 3D Models of all the units of the Structure. This concept can also be leveraged for developing an “All Connected 5G Infrastructure Corridor” once the Structure is built, as the BIM Model can be integrated with Digital Technology such as Artificial Intelligence AI and Big Data Science. The Revenue from the “Connected Infrastructure Corridor” will keep growing with the emergence of new innovative technology and hence the Revenue will be a continuous recurring income for the Client.

The integration of BIM with AI will be very beneficial for the maintenance of the entire infrastructure assets, it will increase the efficiency of the maintenance work, hence less damage, less repairs and will lower down the maintenance cost post construction.
